Personal identification information
We collect email addresses and names from Students when they enrol in a course. This is so that we can fulfil our contractual obligation of giving them access to an online course, and so that we can answer their questions and queries about their order and their course. They can log in to the course they have enrolled in by using their email address. This is done under the legal basis of Contract under the GDPR.
Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so will prevent them from enrolling in courses.
We also collect email addresses and names from Students when they choose to create a free account. They can create an account if they want to buy courses in the future. Until they buy a course or contact us asking for information, we don't use their email address or name. This is done under the basis of clear consent.
